Supervision
We offer supervision to psychologists, chaplains, doctors, nurses, psychotherapists, social workers and other professional groups or interprofessional groups, palliative care teams, grief support group facilitators, hospital wards etc.
We consider supervision a very important tool for professionals. In the supervision sessions, we work with the cases you want to understand better. Maybe you also have a goal of increasing competencies or training certain tools within grief therapy, existential therapy, palliative care, chaplaincy or health psychology.
However, supervision does not just focus on learning goals and professional development. It can also be about personal development, to have a room to reflect on your own reactions, your integrity, personal style, or how to be grounded in a solid professional competency in a compassionate way. Supervision can also offer a room for solidarity with colleagues because the stories from your professional life fill you up or even install compassion fatigue. The supervision room offers a space for deepening your presence, mutual reflections, and doubting or daring to believe in yourself.
Supervision can take place individually or in a group.
