Payment terms
Payment can only take place via account transfer.

Subsidy
Your private insurance can give subsidy for psychological treatment.
Unfortunately, we do not have an agreement with the health insurance.

Cancellation
Please cancel if you are unable to attend a session. If you cancel at the latest at 16.00 the day before our appointment, it costs nothing. In case of later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.

GDPR personal data policy
We comply with applicable GDPR rules and rules in the Danish Psychologist Act. We have a duty of confidentiality.
According to The Psychologist Act a journal is kept. It contains information about you and our conversations. All records are deleted after 5 years. You of course have the right to gain insight into your medical records and to be notified of the information we store about you. You can always talk to us if you have any questions or comments or complaints. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority. If it serves a purpose, we may ask you for consent to share information about you with other treatment, your insurance company or Health Insurances Denmark. We do not share information with others without your consent, unless it is a crime involving personal danger or children/young people are in danger. Then we have a duty to share our knowledge with the relevant authorities.
